Outside again . . . with layers

Here we are finally ready to proceed. My mom is covered with a lovely hand-me-down blanket from Pam and Jimmie, a jacket underneath the cape, the cape, and a hat and scarf. While not incredibly warm, the sun did at least make its appearance.
