Surveying

Not the first time I’ve featured this trig point and it probably won’t be the last. Other than walking on the common with Hector, and releasing our next door neighbour’s garage door which was stuck beneath a gutter, I’ve spent today and yesterday doing a thorough edit of my research paper on a 19th century local female archaeologist. I’m really pleased with how it’s looking, but I need to spend a little time now working out some locations on old maps, including some not far from this triangulation station.
