Calm before the storm .....

A close of my acupressure mat - surprisingly relaxing to lie upon, so much so I often find myself dropping. 

This morning was taken with my yoga class, also relaxing, and this afternoon with the monthly u3a meeting in which we heard and saw how wool is carded, spun, woven and dyed. Really interesting.

We started watching The Newsroom  last night - somewhat late to the party as it aired nearly 10 years ago but we both enjoyed it and so will continue with it tonight. 

So far Storm Dennis has been relatively quite up here - even Duolingo is wondering if it has started.
