Tarbert

This was taken with Tarbert Castle behind me. It was the first time I'd been up there and would recommend a visit when in the area. Especially on a lovely clear day.

Just to the bottom right of the picture, within the dip, is what they understand to have been the gated entrance to the Kintyre side of the castle - this was only excavated in 2019. Robert the Bruce lived in Tarbert Castle at one stage.
