Early kick off to drive to the beach. A tad breezy as storm Dudley approached. The dogs didn't  seem to mind.

The real reason to go was  to see Helen, pld school friend of Mum. She'd  lain overnight on floor after a fall. She recovering a bit, but says she's  very tired. Trying to keep her entertained and fed is a difficult  task. I hope she doesn't  give up.

Heather accompanied me and watched pup while I visited,  so a bite of lunch was my thanks.  We stumbled  across a social enterprise cafe on South St. We had Croque Monsieur and I had a fabulous bowl of Cauliflower and Applewood smoked cheddar soup. Oh my!

We will be back to 'We are Zest' cafe.
