We had a some sunshine today. The cool wind kept it from reaching more than 20c.

I had Acupuncture today. I told her about my Migraines and she put in some needles for the it. Before I left she showed my some acupressure points to use to help with Migraines.

Got some good news this afternoon.... my appointment which was made to see the Specialist for April 12 now has been changed to March 4. Maybe after seeing the MRI report they thought I needed to be seen sooner!. So not so long to wait.

The Jockey Cup, (Tigridia Pavonia) lilies are still flowering. I only have the yellow ones in my Christchurch garden.
