Extremes

Woke early and got settled with a pot of tea and Duolingo lessons before Wordle. Didn’t get it at all… talk about obscure word! Grr….
Headed off to the office in fairly bright sunshine and decided to be a Moaning Minnie and put a note on the hugely supercharged car that parks under my office and sits revving up for nearly five minutes every afternoon before leaving the car park, asking the driver to have some consideration for others. Humph! Of course later in the day there were incredibly heavy showers so it was probably illegible when they came to get in the car (certainly didn’t stop them behaving as normal!)
So a less than ideal start to the day but then a busy set of online meetings but got some time later on when another meeting was cancelled to do yet more shortlisting for tomorrow morning.
The weather veered from heavy rain to brightness all day, and the wind from the latest storm started to pick up in the afternoon. This rainbow made me smile, not least because it suggests the pot of gold will be found in the police station!
Home to make aubergine parmigiana and then decided to go to bed very early to do some web browsing rather than watching tv.
A is sure I’m not right at the moment…she keeps checking up on me and asking what's wrong.  I do feel a bit discombobulated but can’t quite put my finger on why….no doubt linked to navigating the run up to life changes.
