Long lasting

These beautiful flowers were a generous gift on by birthday at the end of January.  The roses were tightly closed buds when I first got them and here they are, two weeks later, still absolutely glorious! 

My friend suggested that perhaps the lack of central heating in my apartment has helped their longevity!
