No pain no gain

I had a physio massage this morning as I am fed up with my aching hip and lower back. It was painful but have booked 2 more sessions. She was fantastic and thinks it’s all muscular as my muscles are all very tight. I’m a bit sore this evening.
Met a friend for lunch which was lovely. We worked together but she moved in to another school. She is loving it. I miss her.
Our road is now complete!! Now the pavement across the road has been resurfaced today too! The council must be spending all their money before the end of the financial year!!
