This bronze can be found beside the harbour at Port William. It celebrates a local chap who frequented this spot in all weathers for years. The bronze can be seen from a distance and is extraordinarily lifelike.
Unfortunately hes pretty taciturn and getting a converation out of him is an uphill struggle!
