Thursday

Another food blip because I'm basically a boring bugger.
I meet R for lunch in a tiny little sushi place in Coquitlam. Six or 7 tables and 3 sushi chefs, how do they make it pay?
(The name derives from the Kwikwetlem of Central Coast Salish, pronounced Co.quit.lem. There, easy isn't it?)

Any hoo, 8 pieces of tuna sashimi with a soy and wasabi paste went down a real treat, first sashimi in too long of a time. I had to force myself not to order another serving.

But that was it for the day, went back home, finished work. 
Well, I did have a shrimp salad so perhaps I should have called it Fishday rather than Thursday.

Ah well...
