Muffled up

Here in Wales preparations for Storm Eunice swung into action during the day: all public services, school, markets, trains, buses, mountain roads and many shops will be closed all day tomorrow and people are advised to stay indoors for the duration of the storm. 

Up on the hillside I noticed that the trees and bushes which will bear the brunt of the gale are already wrapped in mossy body-warmers while the ground around them is insulated by withered bracken.They don't need any advice on how to stay safe.
