ALSTROEMERIA

A great start to the day with my Friday Tai-Chi session with C and Gladders.(and Gus of course|).  I did reinvigorate me and I felt more energised afterwards.

Having said that due to Eunice I'm not doing an awful lot today, just general housework and computer tidying up.  I really must make a start of going over my photography projects and lessons again.  

So far Eunice hasn't affected us too badly but I can see white horses on The Bay.  Apparently for us in South Lakes Cumbria it is on it's way, but here we have a yellow warning not amber or red.

I hope are all OK and that my South Western and Welsh friends are not affected too badly, I'm thinking of you all.

Oh this is my entry for Flower Friday.  I thought the beautfiul yellow alstroemeria was cheery and just might brighten up your day.
