Storm sea

It was a day unlike any other. The wind blew and blew. The sun shone. We had sleet and rain, and the big bad wolf said ill blow your house in. and still the wind blew.
Disabled or not i was determined to go storm chasing. In this kind of weather legs are an added bonus but once id seen people almost blown off their feet at porthgain harbour, self preservation took control..I would shoot from the car. Too windy for my trusty window mount i opted to shoot handheld. Into manual i went, boosted the shutterspeed and iso and with 5 stops of IBIS even i can shoot in focus and sharp.
We coasted down to Aberiddy thinking the car park would be closed, but no.  OPEN. Quite staggered was i. If id not been sat down id have fallen over.
So, once the car had been manoeuvred into a position where i might shoot two compositions, i was wound up and released
