Grounded

This Cock Pheasant chose to spend the day in the garden instead of trying to fly about in 80 m.p.h. winds. He was well fed from the dried mealworm spilling from the wind rocked feeder. Some fairly violent squalls today which made established trees in nearby woods sway alarmingly at times. So maybe Pheasants are not so stupid after all?
