Thank goodness for that

Worst winds ever today, trees down all over the town, and a whole brick wall blown over just behind a bus stop where I often stand.
This tree stands on the pavement just beside our side gate, and doesn’t look too strong at the best of times.
Still, if it survived today’s gale I reckon it’ll survive anything.
