clear up

after a slow get up Alan went next door and they got the fence panel up and in place. It will need replacing as the bottom has gone and Ted keeps through the gap! We tidied up the debris from the palm that was all over the garden but as it is still a bit breezy we left the fruit wedged where it landed. Not sure what the wind did to the summer house but we can open the door with ease now!!!
then it was off fro a coif and veg shopping. Alan decided to turn the hearting off before we went out and I came back into a freezing cold house. Needles to say I switched it back on. We saw the guy cross the road trying to clear up the branch that came down yesterday so he went over to help him. The extra is from the tree branch that came down yesterday. The guy clearing that up only took the branch he cut down to make the tree safe. he wanted another £100 to take the other one away.
As we left the coffee shop we noticed the town was gridlocked with traffic. Looks like the A30 had been shut at the top of the towns road. Hope everyone was ok if it  was an accident
Now its cold wet and windy and miserable out ther.
Thankful we had very little damage and no injuries yesterday
