Day 050/22. Licoricia of Winchester

‘Licoricia of Winchester’ was unveiled on Thursday 10 February 2022 outside The Arc on Jewry Street, the historic centre of Winchester’s Jewish community and where prominent medieval Jewish woman Licoricia was known to have lived.
The life-size bronze statue was designed by award-winning sculptor, Ian Rank-Broadley.
She was quite wet in the rain today, and the sky was dull. So I added a more dramatic sky.
