Black Hill

Weather definitely took a slight turn for the worse today - although it looks like it was a LOT WORSE down South!

We actually had 'reasonably' mild conditions when we started our ascent of Black Hill (see extra), but by the time we were approaching the summit, there was a reasonable amount of snow around and it really was blowing a hooley!

Main snap shows 'R' as we climbed the last rise before reaching the trig-point - needless to say, we didn't hang around on the summit for too long ;-)
