After Eunice

It was such a beautiful morning I could not resist going out somewhere with my camera. I must have looked a sight with a huge fat gauze pad over my right eye and a beanie crammed over my head! I went down to a walkway near the weir just in time to catch a couple of kayakers coming through. At least I can still use my camera - just no cycling for a while!

I had to see the consultant this morning. He is very happy with the eye - he said it was tricky surgery. I see him again on 3 March, then he said he will be able to give me a date for the second op, so that is not too long to wait.
