Saturday glorious Saturday

What a brilliant day of pleasing myself. In the morning sunshine I went for a highly windy walk with Rosie and then for a dog food buying trip and then a swim. Sunny weather done for the day I finished the trousers I have been making for the last two months (not continuously) and did some cooking. I bought posh tinned tomatoes recently, and worked out they cost an extra 60p a can. They were the main element of my dinner so I reckon a good use of an extra £1.80.

Then I spent a bit of time buying a few new clothes. I haven’t bought new clothes like for ever but I am talking at a conference next month like a person pretending to know actual stuff so I thought I should abandon my normal tramp clothing. And I was all trendy and bought some period pants, mainly in thinking if I buy expensive period clothing, I might never have another period again which would be a treat.
