Morning trip to the beach. Cold, but lovely.

In the afternoon, for the first time ever, I made carrot cake. A low fat recipe. It did not go that well, but it’s out of the oven now and it looks and smells like a cake so perhaps it’ll turn out okay. Don’t think I should be putting myself forward for ‘bake off’!
