Red Star

I was down for volunteering at parkrun this morning so took H for a 5km run beforehand. On my return I saw on FB that the event was cancelled due to the weather so I jumped in the car through to the Oriam event at Heriot Watt.

Another 5km in the bag!

I was knackered after that and MrsT had booked tickets to see Belfast at the VUE so nice to relax.

After that I picked up the FiL and we headed through to Murrayfield for 2 hours of ten pin bowling.

Time to relax with a beer now. L is on a sleepover at friend Ks house from gymnastics.
