More delightful signs

If you get chance please take a look at my Crocus from 2 days ago.

Following storm Eunice  and on my way back from taking Willow for a routine PCR test I found this delightful Sloe (blackthorn) bush in full flower. I am pretty certain it is a Sloe as some branches still had dried up fruit attached.
It was such a wonderful sight and it really raised my flagging spirits.
There were so many large trees lying at odd angles or cut up at the side of the road so sad to see.
Edit : silly me it’s not a sloe but a Cherry plum .
