Unknown Flower

Still trying to find out the name of this flower. My mom thinks it is one of the various Begonias. It is tiny with the flowers about 3/4 inches across. The fellow that gave me the plant said it was a Russian Lily, but search results show nothing. As he passed away several years ago, I can not verify this with him. When mature the leaves look thus.

Very pretty and unassuming.
