Cheerful….

This lovely vibrant dahlia is in a pot in one of our local garden Centres. We’d had a decent amount of rain overnight. It was still cloudy when I visited the garden centre. So the dahlias were a cheerful sight.
It was raining early this morning when Denise and Harry the Spoodle arrived to walk with Maisie and me. We needed umbrellas as we walked the River tracks. The dogs had a great time despite the rain. They were very wet and rather grubby by the time we finished our walk. They are such happy dogs in each other’s company.
