Sushi Bar

After a restless night I opted to join friends for lunch at a new sushi restaurant in the hope that good company and great food would perk me up.

Featuring in a number of Japanese influencer instagram posts, it has received rave reviews. It was indeed rather splendid. Somewhere between traditional and trendy! We had seats at the counter and I enjoyed watching the sushi chef almost as much as I enjoyed the meal!

Sadly, I deteriorated in the afternoon to the extent that I took an antigen test just to be in the safe side Happily, it was negative and the pharmacist thinks it just some post booster side effects complicated by early allergies. So it’s home for a bath and early bed with a box of antihistamines.
