Colours of the Sea

Today has been devoted to the RPS DIG AGM and Speakers' Day.

Today's photo is a variation modified in Photoshop of the photo that was accepted into the DIG Print exhibition. I wish the selectors had chosen another but there you are.

So today, I loaded the photo into Photoshop and used two more images as textures, using a new base layer to permit the photo to be read as 'taken' today.

I enjoyed Roger Crocombe's  photos of the sea and learned something of technique. Charlie Waite's presentation was a re-run of his well known photos, but still a  joy to view. It strikes me that he's getting older. Paul Sanders' entirely expected presentation on mindfulness nevertheless encouraged us to see and take photos that strike you as beautiful. Don't be worried about validation. After all, Vivian Maier never got a 'Like' until after she died.
