Arundel

After the stormy last few days, this morning it was calmer at Arundel. A few ancient elms had come down and were already moved off the road and in pieces. The fallen trees have opened up the views across the fields. It seemed strange to see the light across the fields where once tall trees had been. By 11 am the wind was starting agaiin and we headed for home.
