After the storm

Walking into town today I saw that the blossom, the daffs, and the crocuses have come through the storm unharmed, unlike some of the trees. All the roads are clear now which is good.

Neil and I set off really early, so a lot of the shops were shut, but we had a forecast for heavy rain all afternoon and we wanted to avoid that. As it turned out, the rain didn't materialise, so we could have gone in much later which would have suited me better but at least we got outside today.
