Storm Franklin - 3rd storm within a week

The word 'unprecedented' has been overused recently, but it is appropriate as the UK experiences its third official storm within a week!

Here in Northampton, there's a lot more heavy rain than with Dudley and Eunice. It's pretty bleak.
