I had planned to go walking this morning but I woke up to heavy rains!  So, I went to church and then had a bit of a lazy afternoon before I went to visit my friend in hospital - she is getting discharged tomorrow...yay!!

I head off early in the morning to Southern Province for 4 days work.....
