On The Wall Of ‘The Big House’

A very windy walk this morning with Dylan in the clutches of storm Eunice. I decided to go through the church yard and loved how this lantern looked on the wall of the ‘big house’ near the church.

We had booked lunch in a local pub restaurant and when we arrived, the place was empty. Everyone had cancelled their bookings due to the weather. I did feel sorry for the landlord who was pretty fed up about it.

More photo sorting today and then at Dad’s request we rearranged his living room furniture and I took the opportunity to do a deep clean.

I decided to stay an extra night due to reports of road blockages and traffic problems. It also gave me the chance to see my sister in law, niece and nephew as they came to pick up my brother and stay the night before heading skiing tomorrow morning.
