Flamme rouge drug scandal

This is a shot of the cyclists as they came over the finish line in a game of Flamme rouge at Paddy and Caitlin's flat tonight. This gives the impression that black won. However, following testing, it was discovered that the black team had (unwittingly) cheated, so was disqualified. Unfortunately the cheat was me, the Lance Armstrong of Portobello! This was the third game of the evening. We also played Catan (the world champion won) and Cubitos (Caitlin won).

Earlier in the day I finished reading Sea state by Tabitha Lasley (highly recommended), enjoyed a long Facetime chat with Katherina, darned some more, and took some proper exercise.

Exercise today: 45 minutes on the exercise bike; sit-ups, weights and stretches.
