Cooper Hawks

This morning before even leaving to go to church, we were able to stand at the glass sliding doors and watch a senior Cooper Hawk attempt to teach a juvenile how to hunt. The senior went after one of the squirrels but the squirrel eluded it.

We headed off to choir practice and church and planned to attend Sunday school but ended up speaking with two friends that we seldom see at church instead.

After a late lunch we had our weekly FaceTime chat with the grandkids and then it was the final day of Olympic viewing (and napping).
