We were off to Wendy’s today for a Mexican feast, so Matt and I were in the kitchen first thing to make a couple of salsas. This was the beginning of my roast tomato one.

It was lovely to see the gang, and as usual we had far too much food. It was all absolutely delicious, and everyone liked wearing the little sombreros I brought. My tequila and lime cheesecakes were a success too, which was a relief - they were dairy free and I was worried they wouldn’t set.

Another super stormy day, I would say today was more consistently windy than Friday was.
