Park Run Recce

This morning FP who is a regular at the  Faskally Forest parkrun  walked round the course with me. It was really helpful and I was pleased to complete in under 55 mins, which was my target.  I plan to do it for real in a few weeks. 

The route is undulating as it takes you through the woods in and around Loch Dunsmore but it also scenic.  A good start to the week. 

My replacement Fitbit arrived to - I've had a Charge 4 for about 15 mths but a week or so ago a bit fell off the watch capsule which meant the strap couldn't be attached.  Apparently this is a not uncommon fault. T (who made the original purchase) contacted Fitbit and the agreed to send out a replacement so not more sellotape (at least not on my fitbit) for me.
