Flooded

1 Year 337 days of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK/World Vaccine 1yr 75 days ago.  Minor UK restrictions.  UK Prime Minister announced ending of all English Restrictions from 24 February 2022 and Covid Passports, etc., from 1st April 2022.

I popped into Ross on Wye town centre mid morning to drop off a roll of film for developing and enjoyed a walk around the shops in the sunshine and howling winds!  On the way home I stopped near Wilton Bridge and took a photograph of the flooding of the River Wye looking towards Ross on Wye. It shows the riverbank totally covered.

An old friend and work colleague who now lives in the next village of Whitchurch, whom I haven't seen for well over 30 years, popped in this afternoon for a chat. He and wife moved to Portugal for a number of years but his wife was missing their six grandchildren so they moved back to the UK. We've a lot in common so will meet up sometimes with our wives to go walking.
