Metaphor...

The cable that looks like a graph plot indicates the up and down journey I've had with my year old laptop in recent weeks.  After a couple of visits to the laptop hospital it looks like the initially diagnosed software problem is actually a hardware problem that requires my laptop to be away for at least the next week ( awaiting spare parts).  It was dead as a Dodo yesterday, so now I'm likely to be posting somewhat erratically and probably not commenting much for a wee bit...
