In the lab Monday

Not a good idea as I have so many emails to deal with organising meetings back to back doesn't work. Plus first meeting of the day didn't really get off to a good start. Luckily things got better as the day progressed! 

Got back about 6.30 pm and then off out to swim, I finally bit the bullet and got membership. No annoying people in the pool tonight
