Street art

Another very windy day. I’d planned a walk with Pauline followed by lunch this morning but it was so windy we thought we’d get blown away so we went straight for coffee followed by lunch. After that the wind had died down a bit so we had a shortish walk where I spotted this street art/graffiti … when does graffiti become street art? I always refer to it as graffiti but it’s of a very arty kind!
