Lino

Last day of annual leave was spent at home, pottering around the house doing various jobs and having a pedal out back in the afternoon.

Linocut printing tonight - first time I've ever done it. I've had the materials for a while but it's only since the weekend when my good friend misterprime sent me a few of his lino offcuts that I've had a go with the cutting tools and actually delved in. Had a go at a print tonight and I've gone for effect over detail - finesse will come! Oh, it's a version of a photo I took in Glenshee last week in case anyone was wondering - think stylised landscape.
