This charming man

Well, after seeing one maestro last night we saw another tonight. This one still had a singing voice though. It was a cracking night yet again. I don't think I've seen a bad show from Morrissey and I've seen him several times now. It was at Stirling Albert Halls where we've seen him before and it's a really nice wee venue.

Tonight he opened with This charming man and did a broad selection from the new solo album and the two before that .There was also a selection of Smiths numbers. Oddly there were no numbers from his early solo career. I wasexpecting something like Every day is like Sunday, Ouija Board, Interesting drug or November spawned a monster. Oh well, there was plenty of good material and the new stuff sounded great live. It was great to hear Girlfriend in a coma, Some girls are bigger than others and How soon is now as well.

When they came out for an encore they started off doing Firsst of the gang to die, but while the band stuck with that one Moz segued into Would you like to swing on a star, A great ending to a great night.
