OUR Beach

After another storm went through during the night, this turned out to be a lovely, but very cold, day.   Had a walk, sat in the sun, and then tackled the path to our beach.   The whole bank has been undercut more (extra, from other direction) and the bottom of these steps was crumbled as well as collapsing the railing.   I managed to get there and back up (with help) but it’s not easy nor will the filling in and replacement of the steps be.   Maybe we can entice the “Inca” rock guy from Galiano who did the original maybe 27 years ago to come over next time, if he’s not also too old for this work.    The tide here was not quite 7 ft I think.
I was happy to spend some time here…the tiles on my rock are OK, barely , but now have a new 60 ft. protector in front… (2nd extra)

AND……surprise!   Fed Ex never called to pick up my covid sample.

Headed down to the sauna which should be hot now!  It will feel GOOD.
