All ours!!!! We’ve bought our first house! It’s dated and needs some work but it’s ours! Settlement didn’t happen until 3pm and as Bean has gymnastics at 3:30pm we couldn’t pick up the keys. Luckily one of the lady’s that works at the real estate lives just up the road so she very kindly met us at the house at 5pm and dropped them off for us.
