More running/canal bridge shots, sorry! We both got a place in the Great North Run so there'll be no let up I'm afraid.

Liked the silhouettes of two people sheltering from the rain. I got absolutely drenched, one of those runs where you stop dodging puddles as it makes no difference.

Imogen got Games Captain at school yesterday - she's pretty pleased.
