Day two

After all the jobs of yesterday we kicked back a bit today, making a vegan Oreo chocolate cheesecake using silken tofu, coconut oil and plant based milk for a friend's birthday. Now enjoying a drink in Black Ivy. Tuesday is usually one of my busiest days so good to be off.
