Mission Accomplished.

Seen a few Quail around here. I was thinking I really wanted to get a photo of one of these critters.

This morning I spooked two right outside the house. It was on like Donkey Kong and I was going to nab a portrait of one. This little California Quail was calling out for his mate like crazy.

I wasn't able to get the closest photo. Had to crop it a bit. But was stoked to get it.
