Wickerwork Orbs

ReedsI have blipped these wickerwork orbs in links Wood ,Tyninghame previously but have never been able to find out more about on the internet. However, today I noted a small notice attached to one f the trunks of the nearby trees. It has a very simple haiku from the artist but unfortunately I was not able to work out his/her signature underneath  ;-

           Reeds spun around orbs
           with new hands ,taking flight
           Hung here.Please don't steal
