Nearly done

Most of the village were back on by 10 last night and today the new pole was decorated with new wires and I guess by 6 tonight the last half dozen people were reconnected.
The owner of the tree that was blown over reported the tree leaning on Friday to the local council but they were too busy to come out and check it. When told the tree had blown down on Sunday night and demolished the power cables the council response was ‘OK we will take it off the preservation order list’.
